The RossBeerFest-2023 festival committee consists of several members from both the Ross Rotary and the Ross Lions clubs. The posts and the emails of each committee member is as follows:

We meet once a fortnight during the six months leading up to the RossBeerFest-2024 festival weekend, often at the Ross-on-Wye Conservative Club or a members home address. Should you wish to contribute to the event, please do not hesitate to contact the Chairman
